Senior Mobility Matters Tuesday & Thursday 10:00 - 11:00AM 

Join fellow members twice a week starting January 24 for this individualized fall prevention training program 
lead by Golf and Fitness Director, Ashley Wood. Targeted feedback will be provided 2 days a week 
for 60 minutes during this 8-week class session which meets on Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 10:00 - 11:00am. 
A minimum of 6 students is required to make this happen so please sign up with the office today! $300 for all 16 
classes in the 8 week session.
